TAHITI Photos....

Let's start this off with Mr. Morgan. International man of mystery. He was the photog for this trip. His mind is slightly bizarre, and that's why we're friends.

And then there was Scott, the international man of filming. What a talented individual. Surprisingly comfortable in front of the lens as well.

The Girls, with Paige and Courtney missing...

The first day. Moorea Island. Before I hit the reef. Photos of that later.

5 o'clock sunrise heading to Moorea another day.                   Sunset off Moorea same day.

WHALE! First day we swam arm distance from a humpback whale and her baby. SOOO SICK!

Teahupoo. The motherload. Such a nuts wave even when it's small. Felicity Palmateer was charging on this trip. I don't know who's in this shot though...

The view from Mami's and Papi's at Teahupoo. They were some of the kindest people I've ever met. Wish I took a photo of them, don't know what I was thinking. Stupid. Anyway, best trip I've ever taken. Thanks Billabong!!!

My Friend Morgan

This is my friend Morgan's photography.
Mindblowing.
Enjoy.

SAN FRANSISCO!!!

So this weekend, me and my friends Bo and Shaye took a roadtrip up to San Fransisco to this music festival called Treasure Island. It was really rad. I had a milkshake on the way there, and on the way back, I had a sundae from McDonalds, a choco covered icecream cone from Dairy Queen, and another shake from In n Out. I don't have a problem, no seriously. I do. Anyway, we got to see Dead Mau5, Miike Snow, Phantogram, and LCD Soundsystem. It was SICK!!!

I need help.

And there was a legit rainbow.

Drinking Out of Cups

Some of my words

Here's some poetry I wrote a bit back. Enjoi.
May 10, 2009

The stitches of society
are starting to unfold
the story of our history
that was never told
the consciousness that bleeds the truth
is more tangible to hold
and once we realize
what we've sacrificed
to materialize what
we call "civilized"
our souls already sold
we've planted poisons deeper
than roots can ever reach
poaching and enroaching
on the promise land we seek
from crystal trickles of a stream
departing from its creek
to a dried up land
parched and cold
translations to the bleak
carcasses of fantasies
of far off lands that used to be
with creatures but the size of moons
that lain beneath the sea
i close my eyes to fantasize
of when it used to rain
and when we finally realize
the impact of our stain
the life of earth
that we have drained
and what were we to gain?
but a nickel and a long lost world
for future generations to endure the pain
